Consultation
The first step in our build process is to connect – by phone, e-mail, or in person, and learn about your needs with your USCG Certified Passenger Vessel. During this process we will discuss passenger counts, routes, size restrictions, pricing, and timeframes.
- Personalized quote for your build specifications
- Provide examples and pictures of previous builds to draw from
- Offer a detailed tour of our facility and explain our build process
- Connect you with members of our team to answer any questions you may have ahead of your purchase

Design
After you have decided on your Trident Pontoon model, we will sit with you and design your boat from top to bottom! This will include specifications such as general arrangements, finishes, and everything in-between. During design we can provide you with samples of fabrics, powdercoat colors, and help guide you through the many options you’ll have to make your boat unique!
- Discuss layouts and build options to maximize utility and capacity
- Display finish options to build your boat around your brand
- Provide examples of options that you’ll have to fully outfit your Trident
Manufacturing
Once we have designed your Trident, we will provide you with an accurate timeframe for start date and completion for your boat. During the manufacturing process you will be provided with regular updates for completion and communication around progress. Our average build time is 150-180 working days but can vary based on workflow and simplicity/complexity of the boat.
